1.Fat Duck (Bray England)

At the Fat Duck you will meat Heston and his fantastic team who have created a menu not like any other . Dining at the restaurant is a trip through a series of excellently executed and truly delicious dishes. It is An experience filled with inquisitiveness, discovery and quest.


This is the first restaurant to utilize the culinary potential of liquid nitrogen. Its chef, the Heston Blumenthal, was an initial adopter of sous vide cookery and the man to create dishes like snail porridge, bacon and egg ice cream and the world famous triple cooked chips. He has brought the globe many culinary marvels.

Formerly Robuchon a Galera, Robuchon AU Dom, is now moved to its new home at Macau.Robuchon au Dôme is situated at the dome of Grand Lisboa Hotel. It  has a magnificent view of Macau. The spectacular crystal light chandelier cascading from the ceiling creates  extremely dramatic ambience for a very exquisite fine-dining experience.


One can Enjoy the  fine dining at Robuchon au Dôme, with the Chef Julien Tongourian and his team, where culinary artistry is joined with the best wines, flawless service and a style to match.The experience starts on a high note when you get up to your destination on the private elevator. As the door is opened on the 43rd floor, a pianist playing a exquisite grand Steinway appears into view, a marble floor shines underfoot and the jaw-dropping chandelier which is made up of more than 131,500 Swarovski crystals shines overhead.


  1. Osteria Francescana (Moderna Italy)


Experience an amazing dinner by the artistic chef Massimo Bottura who manages one of the world’s most famous restaurants: Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy. The restaurant has gained three Michelin-stars. It was named as world’s best restaurant in 2016, by the World’s 50 Best.


The cuisine at this restaurant is definitely top notch. The dishes are light and really well balanced with a emphasis on adding innovative styles to traditional recipes without being nostalgic. The Osteria Francescana once has confirmed its place among the best international restaurants so many times, while chef Bottura remains a culinary genius who is  acclaimed across the globe.


  1. Per Se (New York, USA)


Per Se is a restaurant established at Columbus Circle in New York City, on the fourth floor of the Time Warner Center. It has been named the best restaurant in New York City according to the New York Times.


Per Se was awarded Michelin three stars in the year 2006. In 2017 Zagat gives Per Se a rating of 4.6/5 for food, placing it in their top 50 restaurants of New York City.


  1. Eleven Madison Park (New York, USA)

Eleven Madison Park is a fine dining restaurant situated in the heart of New York City. The restaurant observes Madison Square Park, one of the very beautiful parks in Manhattan, and sits at the base of a historic Art Deco on the corner of 24th Street and Madison Avenue. Situated here since 1998, it underwent a full-scale restoration and redesign in the summer of 2017.

The restaurant is owned by Chef Daniel Humm since 2011 and during these years it has evolved considerably, both in food and in knowledge. Today, the restaurant extends an eight to ten course menu in the dining room, but visitors can also visit the bar for a more tasting menu, light snacks, or simply for a cocktail or a glass of wine.

  1. Alinea (Chicago, Illinois, USA)


Alinea was started in 2005 by Chef Grant Achatz and Nick Kokonas.

Introducing a single and seasonal menu of between 18 and 22 courses, the experience of feasting at Alinea is not just delicious, but also fun, emotional, and provocative.


Alinea has been globally praised for its innovative approach to modernist cookery. It has three times been named the Best Restaurant in America and is the only diner in Chicago, and one of only 12 in the U.S., to earn the respected Michelin 3-Star rating. It has also secured the James Beard Award for Best Service in the United States.
